Is the building pet friendly?

Yes! There are several owners with pets.

What equipment is in the gym?

The gym is small, it ideal if you don't want to keep equipment in your condo, for advance facilities a regular gym membership is better. The gym has a treadmill, Stairmaster and row machine.

Are there views out the condo?

Yes, the view is not mountains and the sea, but there is not a wall or window 10' away either. The exterior openings are 8' high sliding glass doors to small balconies and a view of trees. Looking above the trees the hillside lights can be seen.

Is the unit quiet?

For a condo in the city yes! Surprisingly quiet. Because the unit is in the back corner, the only common walls are on the kitchen side. There are residence above and below, but being in the rear there is very little street noise.

Is there street parking allowed?

Yes, but by permit only. This is both good and problematic. The good side is there is nearly always parking available. The problematic issues are typically solved by maintaining a City parking placard you can lend to friends with they visit.

How is the resident parking?

Parking is great! 2 side by side assigned parking stalls in a covered underground and secured garage.

Where would I dump our trash.

There is a trash chute at each level.

What are the HOA fees?

The HOA fees are only $475 month
